Too often a building project goes wrong. A homeowner pays an advance and never sees the contractor again. Or a contractor delivers the work and waits months to be paid.
Sol-vo takes a different approach. The money is held separately in a government account and is only released once the work has been approved. That puts homeowner and contractor on equal footing.
