Build with confidence.
With Sol-vo, the construction budget sits in a separate government-held account. The homeowner knows nothing is paid until the work is approved, and the contractor knows the money is already set aside before they start. A portion is released at every milestone.

Safe in three steps
1 · Homeowner funds the milestone
The amount goes into a separate government-held account. Not to the contractor, and not to Sol-vo either.
2 · Contractor delivers
The contractor completes the milestone and attaches proof of delivery.
3 · Homeowner approves
If the homeowner is satisfied, the funds are released. If they do not respond within 10 working days, release happens automatically.
Who does Sol-vo work for?
Everyone working on the project, in one place.

Contractor
You carry out the work. You can see the money is ready and receive the release for each delivered milestone.
Subcontractor
Working as a subcontractor? The contractor creates a sub-project with the same protection, one level deeper.
Architect
Involved as an architect? You are invited to follow the project along.
How Jan paid for his roofing safely
Jan from Ghent had his roof replaced for €18,500. Through Sol-vo he split that amount across three milestones: insulation (€6,000), roof tiles (€8,000) and finishing (€4,500).
After each phase the contractor attached photos of the work. Jan reviewed them and released the payment. No hassle over advances, no doubt about half-finished work. And the contractor knew from the start that the money was there.
